My child has a part time shadow teacher. I am not confident the shadow teacher has the right experience, and their chemistry seems off. Since shadow teachers are funded by us but appointed by the school, what can we do to see if the relationship is helpful to my child? And if it is not, what are some alternative options that we can suggest to the school? Thanks.
