My son sometimes feels bored easily. When he is home from school, he may say that he is "bored" and does not know what to do. Then he may turn on the tv or attempt to have screen time when it's not allowed as this is a quick fix for his boredom (and easily turns into a battle). He would also resist a schedule and often not take my suggestions nor refer to a list of activity options we co-wrote recently. Looking for some boredom busters for my ND teen!
