My son was diagnosed with ASD and moderate intellectual disability at around 1.5 years old, and we started therapy right away. He is now 7 years old and attends a special needs school, where he receives therapy, including PT, OT, ST, and ABA. Currently, he focuses mainly on ST and OT. However, he is still unable to talk.

What could be the reason for this? And more importantly, is there anything else I can do to help him?
