The Children’s Institute of Hong Kong has launched innovative programs to help children aged 8 to 11 manage anxiety, stress, and depression. These programs are grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address the unique needs of each participant.

Tailored Programs Include:

  • ASD Program: Designed for students with High-Functioning Autism (ASD Level I). This program focuses on developing social skills, addressing bullying, and improving executive functioning.
  • ADHD Program: Created for students with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It targets challenges such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
  • Neurotypical Program: For neurotypical students managing academic and extracurricular pressures, helping them build emotional resilience in high-stress environments.

These tailored programs provide children with tools to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and promote emotional well-being. Parents are also supported with resources to help their children thrive at home and in school.
